AgriDigital (“we”, “us”) provides mobile applications (“the Apps”). By using the Apps you agree to these Terms.

• Scope. The Apps provide estimates, calculations and advisory guidance only. They do not constitute legal advice or engineering certification.
• Your responsibility. You are responsible for the accuracy of inputs and for complying with applicable laws, permits and scheme rules.
• Licensing. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Apps on Apple devices you own or control.
• Prohibited use. Do not misuse the Apps or attempt to access them in ways not provided by us.
• Availability. Features may change or be discontinued. We provide the Apps “as-is” without warranties.
• Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude indirect or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.
• Governing law. England and Wales law, with exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
